It's Okay to Not Be Okay: Initial Impressions & Halfway Review

I've been putting off this review, but it's about time I finally feature one of the best dramas I've seen so far in 2020. It's already got the hype, but unlike the disappointment behind other hyped up shows (ahem, The King Eternal Monarch), this one fully deserves it. There's a freshness and zaniness to the writing and characters that's so refreshing to see in a Kdrama, and I can honestly say I find every character in this drama endearing in their own way. The leads are stunning but more importantly have blazing chemistry and a love line that's both unique and well-matched.

Whole Foods: Vegan Ice Creams Review

One of my great pleasures in life is sampling different snacks across various grocery stores. Not long ago, I decided to pick up 5 types of vegan ice creams from Whole Foods (a definite splurge, as vegan ice creams don't come cheap). Some were standouts, and some were absolute bombs, so here's my review of them for those interested.

Itaewon Class: Dropping the show after 15 episodes

In my post on what I've been watching, I highlighted Itaewon Class, including everything I found refreshing and was enjoying about the show (at that point I think I was about halfway through). Unfortunately, I ultimately found it to be a letdown, particularly in the final stretch starting around episode 14. I figured I'd do a more holistic review now that I've seen the majority of the show, including what made the close such a cold disappointment versus its frenetic beginning.
